ISSO (GC-2)

Legato, LLC recruiters (Staffing@legatocorp.com) would love to speak with you regarding the following position: ISSO in Laurel, MD.
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000, depending on experience.
What You Will Do:
The ISSO will provide support for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards and methodologies. Our minimum requirements for this role:

• Provide support to senior ISSOs for implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation
• Assist in the evaluation of security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information
• Assist with the CM for information system security software, hardware, and firmware
• Maintain records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, intelligent hubs , network switches, etc. to include system upgrades
• Experience in at least to two of the following areas: Knowledge of current security tool, hardware/software security implementation; communication protocols and encryption techniques/tools.
• At least ten (10) years’ experience as an ISSO or ISSE.
• An IAM Level I and IAT Level II.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for a total of fourteen (14) years experience
