Data Management Software Developer (NH-4)

Salary Range: $190,000-$215,000, depending on experience.

We are seeking:

A Data Management Software Developer that will design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manages their implementation. Manages software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. Estimates software development costs and schedule. Reviews existing programs and assists in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques. Formulates and defines specifications for software applications or modifies and maintains existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other task personnel. Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products.

Our minimum requirements for this role:

• Strong background in analytics development
• Experience with Python
• Desired (but not required) skills: Patch management and IAVA tracking, Lambda, Java, Scala, NiFI, Ansible, experience working in Agile environment
• Shall have at least eight (8) years of work experience in a similar field and a Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Alternatively, the candidate may have twelve (12) years of experience and a High School Diploma or ten (10) years of experience and an Associate’s degree or six (6) years of experience and a Master’s degree or four (4) years of experience and a Doctorate.
