The Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our US sales team to focus on selling to companies based in E.U. region, and then potentially build out an E.U. team.. As an Account Executive at LegalOn, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing opportunities through the sales pipeline to deal close (and upsell). You will work closely with both the US and Japan teams (while reporting directly to the US Chief Sales Officer) to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. You will be working with VP/C-level executives (GC’s, VP’s, C-suite) – at medium to large companies across industries – that are looking to optimize their legal teams’ operations.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in both Japanese and English, has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in SaaS sales. Experience in the legal/legaltech industry is a big plus! If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales, growth, and technology, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

-Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities

-Identify opportunities to expand accounts with Japanese/US customers that have a E.U. presence

-Contact and qualify potential customers

-Set appointments and follow up on opportunities

-Collaborate with the sales development and Marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

-Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

-Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

-Must be flexible with schedule to account for timezones in US to account for team meetings, etc

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience as an Account Executive, or 3 years in the legal industry working with attorneys/contracts managers, and/or VP/C-level executives.

Compensation Range

On-target earnings up to $225k annually with salary/commission split

Stock options may be included in total compensation
