What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trial Attorney position at Legally Pink Law?

All women personal injury law firm seeks a trial attorney with 1-2 years of experience to work on a wide variety of personal injury cases. This attorney will work closely with both the pre-suit and litigation teams, and will participate in all trials. This position will include the following aspects of personal injury: develop claims, manage claims, trial strategies, prepare cases for trial, client relations, pre-trial litigation and litigation in Personal Injury cases (auto accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, etc.). We need someone to handle highly contested personal injury matters, so you must be comfortable in court and public speaking situations. Good writing skills are also required, and we strongly encourage you to submit a writing sample. We are also very high tech in both case management and how we present evidence at trial. As such, a good working knowledge of technology is a huge plus. The firm offers a full benefits package (health, dental, and eye insurance and PTO). The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court. This is an excellent opportunity to be fully involved and engaged in an active personal injury firm.

 

Responsibilities

·         Provide legal support to clients and assist in negotiating pre-suit claims and developing trail strategy.

·         Develop and maintain client relationships.

·         Prepare legal pleadings, pre-suit demands, and other legal documents.

 

Qualifications

·         Current member of the Florida Bar Association

·         1-2 years of attorney experience (preferably as an insurance defense attorney)

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong legal knowledge
