Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required)
- New York licensure is a plus
- Five (5) or more years of civil litigation experience
- Strong experience with pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within a close-knit team
Preferred Experience
- Trial or arbitration experience
- Substantial state court litigation exposure
- Client-facing experience with sound professional judgment
Compensation
- Salary range: $130,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience and the number of jurisdictions in which the candidate is licensed
