We’re Legally Addictive Foods, makers of insanely delicious sweet and salty treats that are anything but ordinary. As our team and snack fans rapidly grow, we’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to jump in and help us keep the cookie craze going. This is a behind-the-scenes production role with no customer service, no retail counter, and no one asking to speak to your manager :) Just you, our awesome team, and a whole lot of cookie-making fun. All new hires start with a 30 to 60 day probationary period to make sure it’s a great fit for both sides. After that, you’re officially part of the crew.
Position: Cookie Crew Member
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m*., with 2x 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid meal break. *Exact shift hours may slightly change at times.
About You:
- High-energy, reliable, and punctual.
- Cares about doing good work with an attention to detail and quality
- Enjoys teamwork and has a positive attitude.
- Experience in commercial kitchens, bakeries, Candy/Chocolate shops, or packaging facilities preferred. (no formal culinary education required)
Responsibilities:
- Produce, package, and ship food products
- Prepare baking trays with product
- Prepare, cook, and apply candy/toffee
- Baking - operate, load, and unload commercial ovens
- Prepare, process, and apply Chocolate
- Operate and monitor chocolate processing machinery
- Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and tools
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for 7-8 hours per shift
- Other tasks as assigned
