Responsibilities
- Support project organization and help keep tasks, timelines, and communications on track
- Take clear notes and translate meetings or ideas into actionable next steps
- Coordinate updates between team members and clients with clarity and professionalism
- Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and follow up to keep progress moving
- Maintain orderly documentation, checklists, and project details
- Help improve workflows by spotting small ways to simplify or automate processes
