This job operates in a professional office environment. Remote Work and Hybrid in Office opportunities are available for this role. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, shared file folders and efax.
Physical Demands
This is a full-time position. The basic expectation is 40 hours worked per week.

- Review claims for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documentation is present.
- Process claims and payment entries into the system promptly and accurately.
- Manage claims payments and commission payouts, ensuring timely delivery.
- Reconcile expenses and resolve payment discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to claims and payment processing.
- Provide documentation and support during audits, meeting deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims and payments efficiently. Maintain meticulous records of claims and financial transactions.
- Foster positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders by ensuring consistent and reliable payment practices.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to review and process financial transactions with accuracy.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial and claims processing systems (e.g., Excel, accounting software).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and identify process improvements.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for engaging with vendors and internal teams.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory and audit requirements related to financial transactions.
