Legal Soft is seeking a Referral/Partnership Marketing Manager to drive growth by managing two core functions: referral marketing campaigns that activate our clients, and acquiring strategic partners that contribute to lead generation and monthly revenue growth.
This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on marketing execution (campaigns, assets, and promotions) with business development research and outreach to expand our ecosystem of partners. The ideal candidate has strong creative marketing skills, experience in partnership acquisition, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Marketing
- Develop and execute referral campaigns that encourage active clients to refer colleagues and peers.
- Create referral-focused asset,s including landing pages, email templates, social graphics, and brochures.
- Segment client audiences for targeted campaigns and test messaging/incentives for higher engagement.
- Monitor campaign results and optimize for lead generation and conversions.
Partnership Acquisition & Growth
- Research and identify potential partners (vendors, associations, SaaS platforms, staffing alliances) that align with Legal Soft’s services.
- Build a pipeline of qualified partners and outreach to acquire new referral relationships.
- Develop partnership proposals and secure agreements that contribute to monthly lead and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute co-marketing activities with partners (webinars, campaigns, co-branded assets).
Marketing Enablement
- Build partner toolkits (decks, one-pagers, email templates) to support promotion of Legal Soft services.
- Ensure that all referral and partnership assets adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams on larger initiatives, while independently executing priority campaigns.
Data & Reporting
- Track and report on referral and partner performance: campaign engagement, new partners signed, leads generated, and revenue impact.
- Share monthly performance updates with leadership and recommend opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development (B2B, SaaS, legal-tech, or professional services preferred).
- Strong skills in campaign creation and marketing asset development (emails, landing pages, promotional collateral).
- Experience researching and prospecting new partners.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

- Growth in monthly referral-sourced leads and revenue.
