Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Educational Trainer to design, launch, and manage a new Online Legal Academy dedicated to exploring and teaching the applications of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) in the legal sector. This individual will be responsible for curriculum development, research, content creation, and delivery of engaging online training programs for legal professionals and organizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in academia or training, a strong interest in emerging technologies (especially A.I.), and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, practical learning modules tailored to the legal field.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Development: Create, implement, and manage the full curriculum for the Online Legal A.I. Academy, including courses, workshops, and training materials.
• Research & Content Creation: Stay current with advancements in A.I. and legal technology; conduct research to ensure content reflects the latest innovations and best practices.
• Instruction & Training: Deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions, webinars, and workshops to lawyers, law firms, and legal professionals.
• Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, legal professionals, and technology specialists to ensure accuracy and relevance of course materials.
• Evaluation & Improvement: Assess learner progress, collect feedback, and refine training programs to improve learner experience and outcomes.
• Community Engagement: Foster an active learning community through discussion boards, Q&A sessions, and thought leadership in the legal tech and A.I. space.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in law, education, instructional design, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Prior experience in an academic, training, or instructional design role.
• Experience developing or delivering online educational content (LMS platforms, e-learning tools, webinars).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong research skills and ability to quickly learn emerging technologies.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, legal technology, and the future of law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design engaging, interactive, and accessible content for professionals at varying levels of technical expertise.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the legal sector, legal practice, or legal education.
• Experience with A.I. applications, data analytics, or legal tech tools.
