Role: AI Strategy Lead

Location: Woodland Hills, Los Angeles

Compensation: $40-$80/Hr

Legal Soft is seeking an experienced and visionary AI Strategy Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI innovation, automation strategy, and operational transformation across the organization.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for identifying, implementing, and scaling AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, workforce scalability, recruitment processes, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Do

Strategic AI Leadership

• Develop and lead Legal Soft’s enterprise AI and automation strategy
• Build scalable AI frameworks, governance structures, and operational roadmaps
• Lead and mentor AI Researchers, AI Implementation Specialists, and innovation teams
• Partner closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, HR, Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams

AI Research & Innovation

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, SaaS tools, and workflow automation platforms
• Identify practical and scalable AI use cases aligned with operational business goals
• Assess AI vendors and tools based on ROI, scalability, compliance, and operational impact
• Stay ahead of enterprise AI trends and innovation opportunities

AI Implementation & Automation

• Lead AI implementation projects from evaluation to deployment and adoption
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual workload and improve productivity
• Optimize workflows related to Recruitment screening, Operational reporting, Workforce management,Client communication support, Knowledge management and Process documentation

Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as the organization’s primary AI strategy advisor
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business recommendations
• Support AI adoption, readiness, and change management initiatives
• Present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish responsible AI governance and compliance standards
• Evaluate operational, legal, privacy, and security risks associated with AI adoption
• Ensure AI initiatives align with data protection and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in:

AI Strategy

Automation Leadership

Digital Transformation

Innovation Management

Technology Operations

• 2–3 years of leadership or people management experience preferred

Preferred Industry Experience
