What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal - Family Law position at Legal Search Solutions, Inc.?
Top tier regional law firm is hiring a high end, well experienced paralegal for their Family Law team. Candidates with at least 5 recent years of experience supporting a family law attorney in a top tier firm will be considered. Excellent salary and benefits.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and eFile pleadings, notices, motions, and other court documents
- Legal correspondence
- Prepare and respond to discovery
- Hearing, deposition, and trial preparation
- Client contact and correspondence
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant experience supporting a nationally accredited family law attorney
- Experience working closely with wealthy, high end clients
- Must know all the ins and outs of family law litigation
- Ability to handle heavy production
- Experience working on high dollar cases
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal instruction
- Strong computer skills
- Good job stability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
