Medical Malpractice Defense Associate (3-6 Years) | Fort Lauderdale or WPB

Our client, a highly regarded and growing defense firm, is seeking a Medical Malpractice

Defense Associate with 3-6 years of experience.

This position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated medical malpractice matters, work

directly with experienced partners and healthcare clients, and take on meaningful responsibility

from day one.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, including depositions, motion

practice, court appearances, and case management. Medical malpractice defense experience is

preferred, but the firm will also consider strong civil litigation attorneys with backgrounds in

insurance defense, professional liability, or healthcare litigation.
