A prestigious, high-end boutique law firm in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an IT (Information Technology) Support Technician to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a bright, entry-level recent graduate with a strong technical educational background or an IT technician with 1–3 years of experience looking to advance their career in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support for attorneys and staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Deliver hands-on desktop support for Windows environments, mobile devices, printers, and office technology.
- Assist with user account setup, password resets, onboarding/offboarding, and IT documentation.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.
- Monitor and respond to help desk tickets quickly and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members and track resolution.
- Maintain IT equipment, inventory, and peripheral devices.
- Support conference room technology, video conferencing, and remote meeting tools.
- Provide friendly, high-touch customer service consistent with the firm’s professional environment.
