As a Records Specialist, you’ll spend your day making calls, sending emails, and working with medical providers to gather records. The Breakdown
- Interact with case managers and providers via phone, email, and chat (entry-level computer work)
- Work through a group of assigned records requests each day
- Effectively retrieve medical records and bills for law firms
- Ensure special authorizations are completed
- Track the progress of requests in our system
- Interact with providers with enthusiasm to accomplish daily goals
- Build genuine relationships with providers and coworkers
- Stay organized and professional while handling a steady flow of work
- Think critically through unexpected problems
- Perform other duties as assigned
- $15-$17/hour starting rate (based on qualifications)
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m
- No nights or weekends
- Paid vacation 8 paid holidays

- Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly
- Reliable and willing to learn
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience prolonged sitting, standing or bending
- Ability to interact with standard office technology (e.g., keyboard, computer, headset, mouse) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- On-site attendance
