The Role
We’re hiring our first QA Manager to build our Quality Assurance department from the ground up. You will design the workflows, create the standards, and personally ensure every website, landing page, blog post, and social asset we deliver meets the highest standards.
This is a hands-on, foundational role with real ownership — perfect for someone who loves building processes and raising the bar.
What You’ll Do
• Design and implement our end-to-end QA workflow and processes
• Rigorously test all new websites and landing pages (functionality, performance, forms, tracking, and user experience)
• Enforce and continuously improve our SEO ruleset across every project
• Perform thorough mobile/responsive testing on all deliverables
• Review blogs, social posts, and marketing content for grammar, tone, branding, accuracy, and legal compliance
• Build QA checklists, SOPs, and quality scorecards
• Partner closely with web developers, SEO specialists, writers, and account managers to catch issues early
• Identify recurring problems and drive process improvements

• Surfer SEO
• Grammarly• Claude AI
• Peekshot (and other testing tools)
What We’re Looking For
• 3 years of experience in web QA, digital content QA, or a similar quality-focused role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Experience with WordPress websites and SEO best practices
• Comfortable building processes and standards from scratch
• Bonus points for agency experience or work in legal/professional services
