Leading aviation company is seeking a paralegal for a one-year contract. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, for 30 hours/week. The ideal candidate will have a paralegal certification and at least 4 years working as a transactional paralegal in a law firm or large publicly-traded company, with strong working knowledge of commercial contract principles and procedures, including non-disclosure agreements
Scope of Work
Title: Paralegal (Secondment)
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Chicago (On-site Tuesday - Thursday)
Hours: 30 Hours / Week
Hourly Pay Rate: $60/hour

Responsibilities
- Reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating contracts for worldwide sales team.
- Work independently with internal clients, as well as with outside parties and customers on sales transactions.
- Facilitate and coordinate with internal stakeholders the successful completion of corporate and travel agency contracting, sponsorships, and participation in internal and external events.
- Reviewing, drafting, revising, and assisting in the negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., sales agreements, amendments and addenda, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements, event contracts with vendors, hotel contracts, releases, consulting services agreements, and sustainable aviation fuel agreements)
- Developing, updating, and maintaining contract templates, forms, policies, and guidelines
- Working on projects and performing legal research on various topics as assigned.
Salary : $60
