Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team and advocate for employees who have been injured at work. In this role, you will guide clients through the California workers’ compensation process, manage cases from inception through resolution, handle depositions and hearings, negotiate settlements, and help injured workers pursue the medical treatment, benefits, and compensation they deserve. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in legal research, case management, negotiation, and courtroom procedures, along with a genuine passion for client advocacy. As a key member of our team, you will take an active role in developing case strategies, preparing clients for important proceedings, and representing them with confidence, compassion, and professionalism.

Who We’re Looking For

• An active California Bar license in good standing
• A strong interest in litigation, negotiation, and client advocacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to explain complicated legal issues in a simple and reassuring way
• Confidence interacting with clients, opposing counsel, doctors, and insurance representatives
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• A collaborative and positive attitude

Experience in workers’ compensation, employment law, personal injury, civil litigation, insurance defense, or another litigation-focused practice is a plus. Workers’ compensation experience is preferred but not required. Training and support are available.
