Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney to join their Finance practice.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience with complex debt finance transactions
  • Experience drafting and negoitating loan and credit agreements
  • Ability to advise clients on second-lien, intercreditor, and mezzanine financing
  • Admitted to the State of CT ( NY is a plus)


This is hybrid , 2 days a week in office, with a full benefits package and path to partnership. Salary range is approximate and based on class year, experience, and book if available. More junior candidates are encourage to apply as they have other openings.

Salary : $200,000 - $350,000
