About the Role

A rapidly growing HR services organization is seeking a Temporary Benefits Specialist to provide hands-on support during the peak open enrollment season. This position will play an important role in preparing benefits materials, reviewing data for accuracy, and assisting with high-volume reporting efforts. The right person for this role will be highly detail-oriented, analytical, and exceptionally confident in Microsoft Excel.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize advanced Excel skills— including pivot tables and running existing macros— to process and interpret benefits data. (No macro building required; light troubleshooting may be needed.)
• Conduct routine audits on benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams to resolve outstanding audit items.
• Create, update, and organize benefits-related documentation and reports.
• Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Benefits team throughout open enrollment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data tools.
• Solid analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, professional communication skills when working with internal stakeholders.

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, on-site only (remote work is not available for this position).
• Hourly compensation is competitive and based on experience.
