This position involves working inside partnered retail locations, connecting with shoppers, introducing service options, and guiding customers through a smooth and friendly enrollment process. In this role, you will focus on customer engagement, brand positioning, and sales support. You will begin conversations with shoppers, learn what they are looking for, and introduce promotions that match their needs. You will also play an important part in supporting our in store marketing strategies by maintaining attractive displays and sharing customer feedback with our leadership team.
What You Will Do
- Start conversations with shoppers inside retail partner locations
- Learn customer needs and recommend service solutions
- Explain product features in simple, clear terms
- Assist customers through enrollment and follow up steps
- Maintain store displays and promotional materials
- Track daily activity, conversions, and customer feedback
- Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training sessions
