What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Home Health Caregiver(LPN) position at LegacyOne Healthcare?
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with daily living activities
- Light Range of Motion Exercises
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Suction as Needed (Trachea Patient) Will train the right candidate (Experience is a plus)
-Turn Patient Every 2 hours
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver/LPN or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
The ideal candidate will be hired on Part-Time Days. (shift varies) Some weekends if needed.
