Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will keep a professional appearance and be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing support for a variety of tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Keeping daily records of job costs, social media presence and new client information intake.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Billing clients for work performed.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software tools.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
- Handle new leads with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Requirements
- Professional appearence
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding in a CRM program.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
