Entry Level Sales Representative

Legacy Windows is hiring motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Representatives in Layton, UT.

This is a face-to-face sales role where you will meet homeowners, generate leads, schedule window replacement consultations, and learn a proven sales process in the home improvement industry.

This is a door to door sales position. MUST BE WILLING TO KNOCK DOORS.

No specific experience is required. We provide hands-on training, field coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is competitive, coachable, comfortable talking to people, and motivated by performance-based income.

Compensation

Sales Representatives earn:

• $100 per qualified appointment
• Commission on sales generated from your appointments
• Performance bonuses
• Fast-start bonus opportunities

This is a performance-based sales role. Your income depends on your activity, consistency, appointment volume, and sales results.

Motivated reps who consistently work the field, follow the training, and generate quality appointments have the ability to earn $1,000-$4,000 per week.

Top earners should exceed $10,000 per month.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
• Generate leads for window replacement consultations
• Schedule qualified appointments with homeowners
• Build rapport and communicate clearly with potential customers
• Learn the basics of windows, energy efficiency, and home improvement solutions
• Attend team meetings, sales training, and field coaching
• Work closely with experienced sales leaders and mentors
