This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Agent located in Everett, WA. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for assisting clients by identifying their insurance needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, processing applications, and managing policy renewals and adjustments. Daily tasks may include interacting with clients, explaining coverage options, generating leads, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, policy structures, and coverage options
- Communication skills, including strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service abilities
- Sales skills, including lead generation, cross-selling, and upselling techniques
- Organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and time management
- Active state insurance license in property and casualty insurance required
- Proficiency in using client management systems and relevant software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build relationships with clients
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
