YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS DYNAMIC ROLE:
As a Restaurant Front-of-House Manager - Food Expeditor, your day kicks off with training sessions, where you inspire and guide our dedicated team of servers and bussers. As the meal service begins, you oversee every detail with precision, ensuring prompt and impeccable service. With a keen eye, you monitor food temperatures and presentation, guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience for our residents.
Throughout the day, you maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our dining rooms, ensuring they reflect the warmth and elegance of our community. As evening falls, you assist in special events and banquet services, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. At the end of each day, you leave with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you help provide nourishing meals to our residents!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience and success in roles such as server, front-of-house supervisor, expediter, or another similar role
- Positive, charismatic, and personable demeanor
- Desire to make a positive impact on dining service operations within an upscale senior living community
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work effectively and interact with senior adults
- Ability to lead a team of approximately 20 servers, dishwashers, and bussers
