DAY TO DAY AS A RECEPTIONIST
As our part-time Receptionist at Legacy Village of Stillwater, you'll be working part-time evening and weekend shifts. You are the first point of contact for our assisted living residents and their guests. You're responsible for answering phone calls and greeting guests, residents, and staff with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You provide excellent customer service by taking meal orders, receiving packages, and sorting mail. Additionally, you keep our front desk area clean and tidy to ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for everyone who enters our assisted living facility. Your exceptional organizational skills are put to use as you file important documents and assist with office administrative tasks as needed. A total people person, you love making everyone feel welcome!
