Legacy Village of Stillwater is currently seeking a qualified individual to serve as our full-time Assisted Living Administrator in Stillwater, OK. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee assisted living services at Stillwater's premier senior living community.

YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR
As the Assisted Living Administrator, you will oversee the daily functions of the assisted living program, ensuring that operations run smoothly and in alignment with our high standards of care. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and training caregiver staff, communicating regularly with residents and their families regarding care and wellbeing, and participating in leadership efforts around building-wide policies and procedures. Your work will focus on providing a well-rounded and enriching experience for our residents while supporting and leading your team.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. A consistent weekly schedule is expected, with flexibility to respond to the needs of the community and staff as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTED LIVING ADMINISTRATOR
- Driven, positive, and motivational approach to leadership
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
- Active involvement in daily management and care coordination
A valid Oklahoma Residential Care/Assisted Living Administrator License or a Long-Term Care Administrator License is preferred but not required.
