WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR
In this senior living position, you will enjoy a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Your day will begin by overseeing and leading a dedicated team of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring they are motivated and providing exceptional care to our residents. You will coordinate the CNA schedules, making sure all shifts are covered and care is consistently provided. Communication will be a key part of your role as you interact with residents' families, our nurse, outside agencies, and physicians to ensure all daily cares are carried out to our high standards. Throughout the day, you will be the go-to person for your team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a warm, family-like environment for our residents.
