At Legacy Village of Salt River, our dining program is more than just meals-it's a key part of our residents' daily experience. We are seeking a strong, service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional, restaurant-style dining experience every day.
Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays as needed)
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support servers to ensure high-quality, consistent service
- Lead by example on the floor-engaging with residents and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
- Maintain dining room standards, cleanliness, and organization
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service execution
- Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and promptly
What We're Looking For:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Previous serving and supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
