Legacy Village of Provo is currently hiring a full-time Maintenance Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community's maintenance department. What You'll Do
As Maintenance Director, you will take ownership of the community's physical operations and lead maintenance efforts, including:
- Managing upkeep of the building, equipment, and outdoor spaces
- Creating and executing preventative maintenance schedules
- Responding to and prioritizing maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensuring a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Leading and supporting maintenance team members (and assisting with other departments when needed)
- Overseeing landscaping, seasonal upkeep, and snow removal
- Monitoring expenses and assisting with budget planning
- Maintaining compliance with safety, infection control, and company policies
- Supporting cleanliness standards throughout the community
- Building positive relationships with residents through responsive service

- Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the workday
