THE TYPE OF LIFE ENRICHMENT DIRECTOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement a varied program of social recreation, cultural, and religious activities for a large population of older adults with varying degrees of physical and cognitive abilities in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate computer skills
- Team player who can work with fellow associates and others
- Excited about working with older adults
- Skilled at building relationships with associates, residents, and families
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LIFE ENRICHMENT DIRECTOR
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you plan and organize diverse activities for residents, such as social gatherings, recreational events, cultural experiences, and religious programs. Coordinating transportation for off-site events is a crucial part of your role as a management team member. You lead a team of Life Enrichment Assistants to uphold hospitality standards and ensure smooth activity operations. Your focus is building connections, enhancing residents' quality of life, and personalizing programs. Collaboration with other departments is essential for holistic resident care at Legacy Village of Castle Pines.
This full-time management role with our retirement community works Sunday through Thursday, with regular business hours scheduled.
