Caregiver Role - Assisted Living
As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents in our Assisted Living community, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Supporting residents during meals and hydration
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes to leadership
- Assisting with light housekeeping related to resident care
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment
- Accurately documenting care provided
Qualifications
- Experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, or Healthcare is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedules Available
- Day: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Mondays and Tuesdays specifically)
- Night: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Early Day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
