Operational Leadership:
- Direct and oversee company operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and safety protocols across all operational activities.
- Monitor project progress and address any operational challenges to ensure timely and successful completion.
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Operational Managers.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to enhance team capabilities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration within the district.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with services and fostering repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales department to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, taking corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports for senior management.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Conduct regular safety and compliance audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve district and company goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualification Requirements
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in construction service management.
- 10 years of proven experience in construction business management.
Licensing & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Industry Experience:
- Extensive experience in underground utility excavation processes.
- Extensive Experience in Vertical Rock Drilling and Electrical Civil Support Services including electrical Transmission, Distribution and Substation
Project Management & Organization:
- Strong project management and organizational skill
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, safety regulations, and project management best practices.
- Proficiency with ERP software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
