Client Solutions Specialist (Remote)

Salary: $14/hour commission**This position will be open until January 1, 2026.**We at Legacy Tree Genealogists love helping people all over the world (in over 50 countries!) discover their heritage. We get up in the morning and do things like tell a client her birth fathers name, connect cousins in China, and share documentation that an ancestor used an alias and actually fathered two families at the same time, in two different countries. For this position you must be located in the United States and it works best if you're in the Mountain time zone, but if you're super flexible then we can work with different time zones as well.Have a lot of FlexibilityWeekly Hours:The expected hours are10 15 hours per weekto start (you will not be clocked in during the entire shifts listed below - only while actively working).Availability Requirements:You must be available at the following times:Thursday: 1 p.m. 6 p.m. (working leads that came in starting at midnight the night before)Friday: 12 a.m. 1 p.m. (work in business hours)Friday: 6 p.m. 12 a.m. (work Saturday am before noon)What Youll Be Doing:Responding to leads that came induring the listed times.You should also be willing to pick up extra shifts when other team members are out sick or on vacation, and/or when the workload increases. In addition to your scheduledshifts, youll be expected to check your voicemail and email onALLbusiness days to stay in contact with leads who reach out to you, as well as attend amonthlydepartment meeting (currently held at 9am the first Wednesday of each month) andquarterlyfull staff meetings (currently held on Thursdays at 10am). You will be working warm leads and paid an hourly rate plus commission.Work with Great PeopleWe may be a remote company, but when youre solving some of the toughest genealogy mysteries in the world, theres a lot of cooperation that takes place. Youll get to know your team members pretty darn well, and youll be grateful for their support when you have questions. Salary : $30 - $40
