What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist position at LEGACY TREATMENT SERVICES GROUP?
The Therapist designs and supervises a positive residential treatment program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.
Hours:
Full Time, flexible
This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:
- Flexible work hours
- Some remote work opportunities
- Supervision provided
- CEUs provided and paid for. Paid training days included
- 3.2 weeks PTO in first year, 4 Floating Holidays, and 9 Agency Holidays
- Annual Retention Bonus
Education/Experience:
Master’s Degree in social work or counseling. License required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
