What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Legacy Treatment Services Group?
The Clinical Supervisor will coordinate, guide and supervise all clinical delivery services and programs provided to accredited residential treatment facility. Serve as a leader within the clinical department, and ensure and maintain an appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services.
- Provide Clinical Supervision to clinicians
- Ensure enforcement of all clinical policies and procedures.
- Ensure the completion of necessary and required documentation of OOL, DCPP, COA and/or any other regulating body.
- Participate in developing all therapeutic programs of the residential setting consistent with current best practices.
- Provide oversight and ensure maintenance of case records of residents in keeping with standards of confidentiality and privacy.
- Provide clinical training for staff in both residential and Specialty milieu
Hours:
This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:

Education/Experience:
- Masters in Social Work
- New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Completed Clinical Supervision Course
