What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome customers as they walk in
- Help customers find products and answer questions about features, pricing, and special orders
- Share your knowledge — and enthusiasm — about our products, including hands-on demos when possible
- Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and our rewards program
- Handle customer checkouts
- Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best
- Handle customer concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
- Share customer feedback with your Store Manager
- Stay current on new products and what's trending
- Attend team meetings
- Make someone's day a little brighter
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
- Friendly, clear communicator who can connect with kids and adults alike
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
