Household Operations Specialist — Austin Area

The Role

You're the person who owns a household's operations. Same homes, same families, every week. You:

• Build systems that stick (laundry workflow, pantry logic, the pile on the stairs, fridge systems)
• Anticipate problems before clients notice them
• Learn how a family actually lives, not how they think they live
• Communicate clearly about what you did, why, and what comes next

This is a weekly recurring relationship built on trust.

Who We're Looking For

• Zero no-show commitment. You don't cancel. If life happens, you communicate 48 hours ahead. Clients schedule their week around you.
• Systems thinker. You solve patterns, not just tasks.
• Trusted in private homes. Our clients are high-earning professionals. You're discreet, professional, they never worry.
• Ownership mindset. You spot the problem and solve it. You don't wait for a to-do list.
• Clear communicator. You explain what you did and why. Clients pay for clarity.

Practical Requirements

• Austin metro area ±30 min (consistent commute matters)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to commit to the clients you take on — we need zero no-shows, full stop
• Background check & references required
• Flexible across core home services (laundry, tidying, pantry, systems) — not specialized in one thing
• Genuinely interested in scaling with us (we're building this together, not looking for turnover)

What You Should Know

• This is new, and it's growing. We're two seasoned entrepreneurs building this from scratch. You're coming in early, which means more work will come as we scale.
• Right now, you'll schedule clients as they come in and build income organically. As we grow, this becomes full-time opportunity for the right people.
• You'll work with high-earning professionals who value reliability and clear thinking
• You won't be managing 20 homes (yet); you'll master each one and get really good at the work
• We're hiring 3 people to start — you'll have teammates and founders who are actually building this, not just hiring out

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
