What You Bring to the Table:
We are seeking a highly motivated, board-eligible or board-certified Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) with strong surgical skills and a passion for patient-centered care. You will provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care in a collaborative, high-volume practice while benefiting from direct mentorship and immediate patient volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive medical and surgical eye care, including cataract surgery, refractive procedures (LASIK, SMILE, PRK, EVO ICL), corneal management, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and other ocular conditions
- Perform or assist with advanced procedures such as laser-assisted cataract surgery, corneal cross-linking, and aesthetic treatments if interested
- Provide pre- and post-operative care with a strong focus on exceptional patient experience and outcomes
- Collaborate with experienced leadership on complex cases and contribute to practice growth through high-quality care and community engagement
- Participate in the continued development of the clinic’s clinical and surgical services
