Legacy Staffing Associates has partnered with a highly respected litigation law firm that is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join its Jacksonville practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 2 years of litigation experience who is looking to take on meaningful responsibility while developing their career within an established defense practice.
The ideal candidate is a motivated litigator with strong writing and communication skills who is comfortable managing cases, developing litigation strategy, and working directly with clients throughout the life of a matter.

Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Insurance Defense experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and other aspects of litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
