We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative to develop new business throughout Apex! This is a field-based B2B sales position focused on developing new accounts, building client relationships, and growing an assigned territory.
You’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers throughout Apex and surrounding areas, identifying new business opportunities, introducing our products, and developing long-term client relationships. Most of your workweek will be spent in the field conducting sales presentations, prospecting within your territory, and following an established sales process with clear activity expectations and defined goals.
We’re looking for someone who communicates professionally, is comfortable initiating new business conversations, manages their time effectively, and can consistently execute a sales plan.
In This Role, You Will
- Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and in-person outreach to local businesses within your territory.
- Build long-term relationships with local business clients while providing ongoing service and support
- Conduct professional, consultative sales presentations to help business owners understand the products and services available to support their employees
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen sales knowledge and performance
- Maintain a high standard of communication and service throughout the client relationship
