Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Hendersonville, TN. This person oversees the development and execution of marketing strategies to support occupancy goals, brand positioning, and community engagement for Legacy Senior Living. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing marketing plans, coordinating advertising and promotional campaigns, and analyzing market trends to inform decision-making. The Marketing Director collaborates closely with community leadership and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with resident needs, referral relationships, and organizational objectives. The role also involves managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring that all marketing materials and activities reflect Legacy Senior Living’s values and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing planning and general marketing skills, with experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated marketing management capabilities, including campaign oversight, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in market research to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer insights for informed decision-making.
