Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hendersonville, TN, for the role of Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing department, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting quality care standards. Key responsibilities include implementing infection control protocols, providing leadership and guidance to nursing teams, managing patient care plans, and ensuring the best practices in long-term care. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Nursing Management and Leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of Infection Control protocols and regulations
- Strong understanding of Medicine and Nursing practices
- Experience in Long-term Care, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Active RN license in good standing
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance standards in senior care
