Legacy Search Advisors has partnered with a growing, established construction firm in search of an Accounting Manager. This position will oversee a small accounting team, and get involved in more strategic finance operations. You will get to wear many hats on this small corporate team.

We are looking for candidates 5 years of construction experience, BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus. This role is critical in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee job cost accounting and ensure accurate project cost tracking.
- Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets and forecast cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
