In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting the top talent to Legacy Sales League by developing a rich, diverse candidate pool of both active and passive talent, as well as managing the recruiting process from start to finish.
Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate, and close top candidates
- Build robust and diverse pipelines of candidates in line with the Talent team's priorities
- Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates
- Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the desired skills and qualifications for each role
- Design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes; an exceptional candidate experience is top priority
- Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders
- Represent the company with transparency, integrity, and professionalism
- Additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

- BA/BS degree preferred

This position is hybrid remote; 2 days in the office, 3 remote (work from home)
