We’re a full-service independent insurance agency seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional to support our Insurance Producers in the sales and service of Personal Lines accounts. In this role, you’ll build a deep understanding of each client’s coverage needs, along with carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines, allowing you to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You’ll play a key role in marketing and placing both new and renewal business while providing prompt, accurate, and high-quality service that strengthens client relationships. This is a hybrid position offering a flexible blend of in-office collaboration and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Personal Lines accounts, including new business setup, renewals, and ongoing service
- Coordinate renewal processes and collaborate with producers on strategy and client meetings
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and written correspondence to ensure excellent service
- Oversee billing and collections in partnership with producers
- Prepare submissions for marketing and assist with placing coverage
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and premium-bearing transactions with carriers and clients
- Manage policy binding for renewals (when not assigned to a centralized marketing team)
- Address non-renewals and provide guidance to clients and producers
- Support premium audits and communicate large audit changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and file organization within Applied Epic
- Review policy checklists and coordinate updates with internal support teams
- Collect required documentation (LPRs) from clients
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and client needs
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Experience with Applied Epic required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to process improvements
