YOUR SCHEDULE
This full-time technician role works Monday-Friday, 9am- 5pm.
YOUR DAY
As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your daily responsibilities encompass a comprehensive approach to facility management. You execute a well-structured program of preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance to uphold the longevity and efficiency of our physical spaces. By prioritizing the timely completion of daily work orders, your work reflects our unwavering commitment to total resident satisfaction. Additionally, your dedication extends to maintaining the safety and security of our grounds and buildings, ensuring meticulous attention to the neatness and attractiveness of our landscaping. Whether it's routine preventive maintenance or the urgency of timely snow removal, you play a pivotal role in creating a safe and comfortable environment. From the meticulous cleaning of rooms to maintaining public bathrooms and grounds, your role as is integral to our success.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and experience in physical plant maintenance, and physical plant protection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work with the elderly
