About Legacy House of Mesa

What You'll Do
This role generally follows a Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. schedule, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday needs. On-call availability may also be required.
As the Memory Care Director, you will:
- Oversee daily memory care operations
- Ensure residents receive person-centered and dignified support
- Build strong relationships with families, offering education and reassurance
- Train, mentor, and inspire caregiving staff in best practices for dementia care
- Promote an environment focused on safety, engagement, and compassion
What We're Looking For
- Experience in memory care or assisted living leadership
- Strong understanding of dementia care programs and behavioral support strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An Assisted Living Manager or Administrator license is preferred (or willingness to obtain one in Arizona)
