In this recruiter role, you'll take ownership of the entire talent acquisition journey, partnering closely with hiring managers, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding each applicant through a seamless, memorable process. Your day will blend strategy and execution as you manage requisitions, coordinate schedules, maintain hiring metrics, facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding, attend career events, and champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
